Default e-ton viper 90 got gas and spark scts like it wants to run but won't

I can't figure it out I had it running the other day had to park it to put the plastics back on started it back up and it just shut off on me and can't get it to run fir nothing I'm at a stand still with this thing

so it'll crank and has spark.....hmmm....could possibly be time for a valve adjustment. got gas....so the float bowl is full of gasoline and the spark plug is getting wet? if you were to give it a small conservative shot of ether/starting fluid, will it fire up and run?

If I have the choke on it acts as if it wants to fire or if I turn the ignition switch off while turning it over then switch it back on it fires but only for a second

Is the pipe plugged? There is a lil screen in the end that can gunk up and cause trouble.

i never think about that. you'd think after all of this time i would remember that but my thick skull just doesn't try to let that thought sink in. i gotta remember about the exhaust pipe.

Lol I'll have to check I'm going to go buy a new carb for it also and see if that's the problem I don't think it's supposed to spray fuel out the breather side if the carb

so it's flowing gasoline into the airbox? that screams that the float/needle valve is stuck open!

I checked it cleaned and pulled it apart I think it's one of the jets are clogged it don't do it until I start to turn it over

pull the jets, clean'em. better than factory clean i say.
