So I was riding the other day on my 1984 honda 200m when I shut her off and went to start her again with the electrick start it didn't work I check all the wires on the wiring harness nothing was unplugged all my lights worked And my fuses where good and when I cross the selonoids the bike started i don't what's wrong can someone help or have any idea what is can be

 

The solenoid could be faulty, or the start button, or a broken wire between ignition switch, start button, solenoid and battery. The 200ES had a lockout switch so you could only start in neutral, if yours has one, it could also be this.
