before beginning read frustrated mechanic. no spark 110 atv some chinese version no name or plate. I have ac type cd ignition no spark. customer cut and rewired him self, I have sorted it out, ohms tested and put current through all the wires in the harness and all ok. replaced stator 2 times and with the 3 of them I get 36V ac to the cdi. I have removed the kill wire from cdi plug, and tail light, neutral safety switch. I have tested every way I can think to test cdi output to coil but get nothing on ac or dc. I have tried multiple new cdi's, 2 new stators and one new coil. I am checking spark with an adjustable spark tester so a spark plug is not an issue. any ideas would sure help.
One opposition I have is removing a new bike from the show room and swapping parts but hate to do this because someone noticing (the boss). thank you Rick
