hi folks, talk about a major bummer! i was out saturday morning with some freinds and we stopped at one of the local low water bridges to check the water level. while we were looking at the high water mark on some trees i slipped on some mud and twisted my right knee pretty good. my buddies helped me back to my atv and we rode back home, something like ten miles, well the good news is i didn't do any major damage to my knee, just strained the muscles in it to be off work for two weeks and miss the cochranton ride,i don't know what hurts the worst my knee or missing the ride!

I know the feeling I was on a late winter ride a few years back there was still snow on the ground. front tires went in the snow I went over the bars, I some how tore all the ligaments in my left arm and could not ride till fall. That sucked.
