Seems like you were looking to get a new Cat, did you make a deal with Zeemans yet? We still need to get a bunch of us together for a ride. I'm going to try to get out for a while on Saturday, got some new tires and I've been itching to try em out. I was thinking of going out by Faust, there's some country out there I'd like to look at for a possible deer hunt this fall. I know the deer may or may not be there this time of year but I'd like to check out the roads, trails, and camping spots. Plus it's a good excuse to get out and ride.

Did you ever join a club? My Father-in-law just joined one that's based in Pleasant Grove, they put on a ride about every month, I might look into it. I can't even remember the name off hand but I think it was $25.00 a year for a couple to join.

 

Not yet, I have been trying to sale a little 50cc mini bike that I had bought for my daughters to ride and hopefully start racing. They have wrecked both times they went out riding and would never get back on. I don't want to push them so I figured I would sale it and get them something else in a couple of years when they get older if they show any interest. They love riding with me when we go trail riding.
I have decided on the AC 400 4x4. My wife liked it too and for the same price I originally was going to pay for the 300. My dad has been generous enough to loan me one of his for trail riding. Sometimes I just take my race bike out riding if I am going by myself.
I would love to hook up and go riding with you guys. Just let me know when. Although, I can't make it this weekend. I am racing down in Delta. It's my last race until about Mid June. We get to race right through town which ought to be fun.
I would love to go out riding in the Faust area. I was out in that area a few weeks ago with the "Pathfinderzz" ATV Club. They had a ride out at Simpson Springs. I ended up Joining their club. They at least acted like they wanted more members. They were real friendly and nice to me out at that ride. I think it was $25 per year for a family. They have a complete ride schedule planned for the whole year. It's nice because you can plan ahead and know in advance where they are riding.
There was another club called the Star Trail Assoc. They would never send me any information. I even met the club pres. at a RV Show. He didn't seem too interested in letting me know anything about their club. I even asked when their next trail ride was and they never gave me a date.
Anyway I would love to see more of that area around Faust. I didn't see any deer out there but I did see three head of antelope.
I am available any other weekend in April except for the 28th. I am also a member of the Sageriders motorcycle Club (racing). Are club is hosting an AMA National Hare & Hound that weekend. I will be helping run the race. If you ever wanted to meet some of the big boys Destry Abbott, Ty Davis. This is a great opportunity.
In May my wife is having a baby so I have to play it by ear to go out that month. she is due the middle of the month so either the first of the month or the end of the month is great.
I really want to take four days this year sometime and go spend on the Piaute Trail doing the main loop.
