I removed the oil tank on my Scrambler and want to re-route the PVT Exaust up under the front plastic. The question is: Does the air coming out of the exaust actually help in cooling the motor? It seems fairly easy to put a new flexible tube but it would no longer blow on the engine...

Anybody have any opinions or experience with this?!?!

Hi Brian:

I am sure that it plays no role in cooling the engine. I would go ahead and re-route it and not think twice about it.
