Default Kazuma Falcon 90 Suspension Torque Specs?

Friend gave me a Kazuma Falcon 90 as it needed some work, and he didn't feel like spending the $$$ on it. Needed a battery, and new balljoints in the front.

I was able to source the new LCAs with BJs, but the manual he gave me, has nothing about doing any suspension work on it.

Does anyone here have the factory service manual, and or torque specs for the front lower control arms? Or Do I just Goodentight them all...

I would just "goodentight" them, or pick torque settings for similar, known applications, and/or as a safety measure, replace the nuts with all metal lock nuts.

40 foot pounds was about right for everything I could get a torque wrench on. BJs were definitely toast. New battery, and I got it started after a few minutes. Fun to ride around

Certainly. Wish I could find a stiffer set of shocks for it. Double the weight capacity is not friendly with bottoming it out

I'm sure a simple Google search will turn up some shocks, look at Polaris and other name brands, there are some crossovers and in some cases you simply need to move a bracket or mount buy cutting and welding into the new position
