Have a 110cc Lifan i just picked up for my daughter the atv is used but besides bad gas the oil was clean and the bike overal looked as it was taken care of.

Here is the issue the atv wont start i have fresh gas in it, pulled the carb and cleaned it, i know gas is getting to the carb but it doesnt seem like its getting to the engine, the plug is dry when i pull it.

I thought I cleaned the carb sufficiently I pulled the jets, is the main jet 2 pieces? I unscrewed it with a wrench but it also had a slot for a screw driver.

any help and advice would be appreciated thanks

 

It was the main jet was completely blocked.
