You move the lever on the end of the pivot shaft round onto the next spline. This gives a whole new adjuster length of adjustment. However Honda brakes are odd as, with lots of "meat" left on the linings, the cam will start to stick, because the higher it lifts the shoes, the less pressure, from the shoe springs, is pulling the inner cable back after you apply the brakes. So you will need to fit new shoes long before the linings are worn out.

Fraid not. The cam is shown on the start of your video, it is part of the pivot shaft and the other end of it is splined. The lever that fits on these splines can be removed by taking the wingnut adjuster(s) off and removing the pinch bolt. You then put it back on the splines at a different angle, re-fit the drum, check that the cable(s) will still reach the lever, and give lots of adjustment, if it doesn't, move the lever onto another spline. When all is well, re-fit the pinch bolt and adjust the wingnut(s) to give the right amount of play. Like I wrote above, this only works once or twice before the angle the cam is making on the shoes gets too steep and the mechanism won't spring back, so the brakes stick on. You then have to fit new shoes.
