Hi I'm new here and really need some help. Here's what happened, my ruby was running fine but about a wk ago it ran rough in reverse only. I bought new and put an angle sensor in it. Runs the same in reverse but it feels like the brakes are holding the quad in drive I goes slower than a snail fully revved. I tried resetting the computer before angle sensor replacement it went through full cycle but after I put the part in it just clicks once and goes back to the -- on dash in every gear. Neutral light shows in the indicator light not the digital display and when in reverse the red R light turns on for a split second and goes off. Please help me out its a 04

 

Make sure the front brake lever is returning fully. If it's engaged even the slightest, this problem has been known to occur. It thats not the cause, it could also be the shift linkage needs to be adjusted. How many miles are on it?
