Default Taotao atv engineers serious about their front brakes?

So the front drum brakes on these 110 boulder atvs are set up from the factory with the bottom a arm hitting he drum spring....are they seriously okay with this set up? ?

From the pics, you can see the arm edge hitting the spring no matter how u turn the handlebars the spring is being mashed slightly and u can hear it flexing and squeaking. I have 2 of these bikes and both do the same exact thing.

---Anybody else have these 110s with the same set up?

---anyone know if the drums are correctly positioned?
