Hi thanks for letting me in.I have a terrapro I'm working on for a friendand am looking for adjustments for governor and hand throttle cable , I also need to know if there is a oil and if so how much that is added to the governor as the cover on the housing has a 10mm shouldered bolt with a rubber gasket that screws into the cover plate these items are not part of the owners manual service procedures thank you
