When I installed my DynoJet kit I found the "Stock" air screws were 1 turn out for both. The DynoJet instructions were to set them both 3 turns out. I'd have to say that whatever you do, set them the same.

Hey Joe,

When you installed the DynoJet kit did you change the pilot jets also?, if so what size did you use?. I just rejetted my carbs. with the DJ kit, and it rus awful at 1/4 to 1/2 throttle, runs ok at wide open and idle. What is your elevation?, I would appreciate any info.

I actually took the DynoJet kit out and put it back to stock, at least stock for Denver, 5000 ft. I had the same problem you had, in that it ran terrible at 1/4 throttle. Felt like the rev limiter was kicking in when you have the emergency brake on. I was afraid to go beyond that. I did not change the pilot jets, just followed the instructions. Tried to call DynoJet but of course they are only open Mon. - Fri.

I got tired of taking everything on and off again, so the last test drive I just bolted the gas tank on and rode it without the fenders, etc. What a giant PAIN.

Maybe when its time to adjust the valves again I'll try the DynoJet kit again, but for now I want to ride!!!
