Sportsman 08' 800 HO
The high beam doesn't come on my headlamp. The service dept said it was something electrical and would have to run diagnostics. It's very expensive. Is there something I could do myself?

Pull the headlight pod apart and check the high beam connector and wiring. Common place for shorts in this area along with underneath the pod area where the wires tie into the main harness. If you're lucky it's just a burnt bulb.Sounds like dealer was too lazy to even check.
