I have a tao 250 cc manual with stock tires. Its about 2 years old. I need more ground clearance. The brand new 250 cc has 23" tires. Can i mount 23"tires on my stock rims? Will it Change my quads performance? And who has the best deal on tires? Also my front tires are a size bigger than the back tires. Why?

 

Stock rims on yours (and mine) are 8" in diameter, the new ones are 10". Search for Taotao tires on Ebay and you'll find the new type for about $75 each including rims. Bolt pattern is the same so they'll bolt right on but it will make the effective gear ratio higher.
