HPD Customer Service
#1
Since I like to complain about bad customer service, I thought I should also compliment good customer service. I ordered two replacement steering stem bushings from HPD. I indicated on the online form that they were for a 2000 trail boss and a 2001 Scrambler 2x4 500 (I failed to indicated it was a early release model). HPD only sent me one bushing and indicated that I didn't need one for the Scrambler. I reordered the part and indicated that it was for an early release model and that I did need it. I also sent them an email asking them to get it to me as soon as possible as my buddy is coming over Friday to have me install it for him. I received the bushing today, two days ahead of schedule, and they didn't charge me shipping on the second one. I am truely impressed with their customer service in that they got me the part in time and didn't try to stick me with additional shipping. Also, the new bushing is a great improvement over the crappy plastic bushing that Polaris will be getting back via mail and a nasty letter of where they can put their crappy part

I've had very good luck with HPD products, and I usally buy them through Rick Ritter. This way both get to make a little money. Darrel @ HPD can be a little difficult to get a hold of, but Rick is usually the one who picks up the phone @ RCR.
Either way, Good products, good service and realistic prices.

I too have to commend HPD and there staff. When I call to order something I usually ask questions for at least 30 minutes... Mike and Darrel always gave me all the answers without rushing me. That's why most of my quad mods are HPD.
Good work guys!
