That looks to be a Honda with an electric shift transmissin. You should be able to see the displacement on the side of the engine...best guess is a 350 Honda Rancher engine.

lol its stuffed in a golf cart and all i could see is honda ans it also says electic shift program?..also has manual shift..im clueless with these hondas..is it all down 1 up for nuetral?..

It isn't a 350, the starter is in a different place. My guess is a 450 Foreman, the 500 has a different rocker cover. The 450 is one of Honda's best engines.

I was going to say rancher as well. But it is Honda for sure!

thanks guys. now to figure out this carb..will it fire without a fuel pump? as long as the tank is above the carb?(never worked on these)also, is a battery "required" or can i just jump it? dang electronics

There is no fuel pump....it's gravity fed...Connect to a battery.....but it won't start unless you have all the electronics and wiring to go with it..... But I'm guessing you do.

Does it an front pto shaft coming out of front of engine? All 450 had an ffront drive shaft also and I cant see one in the photos...could an 250 recon.

yep, it does have a splined shaft coming out of the front
