Just re jetted my carb and want to know if I am going in the right direction... Getting beat by a YFZ 450r!!! I have a pro circuit header, DG muffler, K&N Pro Flow with adapter, no lid, cover over filter, open breather, 12/41 sprockets, lowered, 160/165 mikuni's, clip in middle position, 22.5 pilots, 2 1/2 turns on 1 carb 2 3/4 on other carb. it runs great from the initial jump but feels like it just quits pulling about 3/4 through the power band. of course 1st gear is really useless because of the gearing. i can still take off in second and hang but just can't pull it past him... he is bone stock!!!!
