Battery drain/over charging.

Default Battery drain/over charging.
I have an 04 or 05 sportsman 500ho anniversary edition that eats batteries. Also last time i tried to use it the dash started flashing and stalled when I gave it has. In the diagnostic mode it showed a charge rate of 19.4 volts . Any ideas?
