both have blown cylinder base gaskets. anyone make your own? what material did you use? is there any write-ups or online manuals available for ODES 110cc engines?

Wonder if you could have a machine shop O-ring em? Nice Ram!

 

I found this cool clip on motor teardown. At least I knew what to expect when I got in there and a couple helpful hints too. Turned out my head gasket, not base gasket was the problem. Runs like a champ now. see my other thread on these for more info
