Tao Tao rhino atv

I need help on how to remove rear sprocket on Tao Tao rhino ATV. Does the axle have to be completely pulled to remove it? I have it tore down but the part that the sprocket bolts to doesn't look like it comes off. Please help

Remove right wheel with hub, remove locking nuts on axle, remove disk brake caliper and disk, remove chain, slide axle out to the left, slide sprocket hub off axle.
