We have a used 110 that has and idle issue when in neutral. The idle is extremely high until it is shifted into forward gear. Once in gear, the idle is normal. I have cleaned the carb, checked the throttle cable, and adjusted the idle when it is in gear. Any ideas and help would be greatly appreciated.

You adjust the idle speed in neutral, once in gear there is drag from the clutch if the idle is too high, so you don't get a correct setting.
