Hello! I Cameron, im from Indiana, and my dad just bought me a 1987 Honda TRX 250X for doing well in college. Its a one owner but its never been maintained and never been regularly serviced. The oil is about as black as a cat on Halloween and the left front brake bad was nonexistent. However, it runs good, and only dropped about 25 psi in the cylinder. After tearing the plastic off and looking at it without disassembling the engine itself, my dad and i decided to get all new brakes, spindles, fuel line, air and oil filter and do the whole service and regular maintenance on it. After doing some reading online, i was wondering, exactly how good is the TRX's? My dad rides all the time at my uncles farm, but im fairly new to riding and i was wondering what some of the quirks there was to them.
