broken bolts
#2
Are the bolts breaking when you are taking them out or installing them? If they break when you are putting them in, you need a torque wrench and use the lbs of torque specified in the manual.
If they break when you are taking them out I have a trick I learned at a machine shop I worked at. When the bolt is too tight and you think it is going to break, stop! Take a torch, heat the center of the bolt (right on the head), get it cherry red, while it is still cherry red spray it with a lubricant like Conklin Lube or WD-40, let it cool a little and then they usually come right out.
Hope this helps!
