Maybe a stupid question.Should the air filter have oil on it? The old filter was just sitting on the bottom of air box and torn. Has oil on it .Like it was soaked and then rung out. Just ordered a new one. Should i soak it with oil or leave it dry? Thanks Mike

 

Sounds like it is a foam filter, so yes, it should be oiled.
