The cheapest smallest part in the whole assembly apparently popped off and got caught in the gears...OIt stii has most of its shape, but has been stretched out so tends to want to "sit very high" when I put that little clutch thing on top.

Any possibilities other than order a whole repair kit when all I need is the 99 cent spring?

 

Check your local dealer and see if they have this ratchet spring in stock. Costs more to ship one than the cost of the spring.
