it was running rough noticed it was a bit over full on oil so I drained it and refilled now it wont start at all. it has a new carb all clean and clear has spark has a new cdi box has a new starter solenoid all safety switches are jumped just like another quad I have, but just cranks and wont start. I need help!!!!!

 

Check compression, if it is low (below 90psi) adjust valves, if still low, take head and cylinder off to find out why.
