My2006 sportsmen will not move in high gear but will in low .belt is new

 

First thing I'd check is the outer gear shift quadrant behind the small plate that has given people problems over the years. It could be just corrosion from water that needs to be cleaned up or a gear problem. Here's a gear case on a 700 that has the same basic shift set up that one owner cleaned up.
