I have a 550 EFI sportsman. 500 miles. It will not go into reverse or park. Any suggestions as to what might be causing this? (hoping for an easy fix)

Awfully low mileage to be having problems like this. Pull the shift linkage from the belcrank on the gear case and see if you can manually get it to shift into park using vice grips on the belcrank. Rocking the atv back and forth a little may help.
