I have a 97 Blaster with Paul Turner pipe and silencer,Boyseen rad valve with carbon fiber reeds, Bored .020 over Weisco piston & Rings, Bandits on ITP rims, (Front22x7x10XC)
(Rear22x10x8XC) Would get rear tires in 20 inch before raceing, K&N, 240 main jet, oil injection block off, intake and exaust ported. I wouldnt change the suspension cause I never bottemed it out off a jump and have jumped 25 foot doubles. I'm 5 foot 5 and 125 pounds.
Was wondering what you guys think.
Matt

Sounds ok except for 2 things, u need a tether kil switch, and new shocks. I dont care if you have never bottomed them out, the stock's dont hande anywhere as good as an aftermarket pair. Look into some Works. They are worth it. You will go fasterbecause of it. Trust me.

I think you will also need some nerfbars. I would also recommend getting new shocks.

get new shocks! the stock ones suck! i bottom em out on 3 foot high jumps. i only weigh 148 too. also i would get nerfs, new grab bar (not very important but the stock one is a worthless peice of crap), and probably extended a-arms and axle.

Sounds like a good start, just don't forget the essential safety equipment. I would try to upgrade the suspension though.
