Rule 3,300 4 Sportsman H.O?

Will a Rule 3300 fit on front of H.O with the tube bumper? I already have a warn 2000 winch and want to know if the Rule will mount in the same place? Does anyone have a 3300 4 their Sportsman? If the bumper was a problem I guess I could take it off.
