Default 2017 Polaris sportsman 850 rolls over but won't start

Hello,
So I went out and to ride my bike today, the engine would roll over but wouldn't start (some times fires for a second or two then dies). It started and ran fine yesterday (first time in snow if that could of caused an issue). The display said low fuel and I topped it up but that made no difference. Fuel pump runs for a few seconds when I first turn the key like normal.
Engine light came on after trying to start it a few times, diagnostic code is 1268 Ignition coil primary driver 1(MAG)- DRIVER CIRCUIT SHORT TO BATTERY +.
I have the bike in the shop right now with battery charger on it(was down a little after starting attempts) and a heater blowing on it, Currently -12 here. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

I'd check for a sooty or wet fouled plug if you ever touched the throttle at all while trying to crank it when cold. At first start up or in cold temps, the ecu goes into what's called a "waste spark, rich fuel" mode until the ecu gets input from the engine sensors and adjusts fuel and spark ratio correctly.
