Brakes adjustment on a 450S 4x4

How do I adjust the front brakes on my 2000 Foreman 450S 4x4 the brake lever goes all the way in with out fully applying the brakes
Any Help will be appreciated

Do you ride in mud and water? If so then adjusting them may not help. The Honda drums when used in water fill up with water and mud. If you ride in water you will need to service them periodically. I have full instructions on servicing them and adjusting them on my website.
