200s atc
Have a 200s atc Honda 1st and 2nd fear run smooth all other gears aren’t so smooth and make a funny noise could it be just a clutch adjustment I’m looking to buy this atc from someone just don’t wanna have to rebuild transmission any help would be great

Can't see it making noises if it was just the clutch. I think the S was chain drive, unlike the ES which was shaft. Could it be the chain jumping the sprocket? Easy enough to check if the rear chain is excessively slack. If the noises are coming from the gearbox, forget it.
