Default Carquest AGM.

Had to put a new battery in my 400HO yesterday, this winter has been so cold that it froze.

Opted for a CarQuest AGM - Part#ETX15. Put it in, fired up instantly, went for a ride today, then put it on the tender. Only took 2 minutes max and it was charged.

This battery is 220 CCA vs the Polaris Yousa 195 CCA.

Ready to install. I like that. And more CCA is always welcome, especially this far north. What kind of price are we talking about? I froze a battery once. I think the charge went down first but I'm not sure.

Bigger is always better! I put a 550 cca Yellow Top on my Arctic Cat 700 Diesel a couple years ago. Even at -15F, it starts on the first revolution. BTW, another hemi Ram guy, I have 2.

It was $134 Canadian plus tax, so bets you could find them for under $100 in the USA.

I bought the 17 Ram just before Christmas - absolutely love it. My only regret was not going Ram sooner.

Was a life long GM supporter, but lack of support and a low quality POS (07-13 GM trucks are low quality crap - 04 was a far superior truck.) sent me to Ram. Have no intentions of switching back.
