I just bought a 94 Polaris 300 4x4 a couple weeks ago and am having an issue with the charging system! The stator and regulator seem to check out okay according to my meter but I replaced the regulator anyway. The machine seems to be charging the battery as the voltage climbs when the bike is revved up but only slightly and not the 13 or 14 volts that I'd expect... I've run out of ideas and this is my first atv so I don't know all the tricks yet! If anyone could help me out, that would be awesome, thanks!
