Can-Am Unveils 2019 Offerings

It's looking like a nice line up of ATVs and Side-By-Sides from our north of the border neighbors for 2019:

The "newly reimagined" Outlander and Renegade sound interesting. I am most interested in the Renegade, and Can Am is touting this as the most significant upgrade to the Renegade yet. They claim there is an "entirely re-engineered suspension". It looks like it gets new upper and lower front control arms, and possibly new rear trailing arms. The wheels have more offset that give a 2" wider track width. It may finally be time to trade in my 2012 Renegade XXC for a 2019 Renegade XXC.

I've never really felt the need to go wider with the Outlanders I've owned. They are powerful enough to stab the throttle to kick the rear end out. I would be interested to here impressions of the newer machines if someone gets one.

I just drove the 1000 Max Limited. I also tried a 2108 for comparison and the difference in power is not that noticeable. The new electronic throttle was the biggest difference for me: It felt a little weird at first but once you get used to it, it relieves the stress on the thumb, and it's not as jerky. When on the trails, it eliminates the jerkiness when going over bumps and your thumb presses on the throttle... The rest was not that noticeable.
