We have replaced the Voltage regulator and that seemed to fix it for a while but now I am wondering if the problem is the stator. It drives for a while and the voltage slowly increases - the last time to 16.8V - then the machine eventually just dies and we have to recharge the battery - then it will show like 2v and the longer you drive it the more the voltage goes up until it dies again - does this sound like a stator
