Hammerhead 250 won’t start

My hammerhead 250 just just putters and wants to start but won’t. I’m ready to junk it

If it tries, it is usually a carb problem, but fit a new plug (just in case) and, if that doesn't work, clean the carb out.

I have spark, it’s getting gas. It acts like it wants to when I’m cranking on it but just doesn’t take the final step and run. Blows out white gassy smoke from the exhaust and carb. Compression Is around 100-110

Has to have a good spark, and the right fuel/air mixture so I repeat "fit a new plug (just in case) and, if that doesn't work, clean the carb out."
