Default 2005 big bear 400 front bearing replacement issue

This is the side I'm having trouble with
This is the right side, 1/8" more gap.
Hi all having an issue with the new wheel bearings. I removed old ones from the front left , pressed the new ones in. My problem is when I tighten the axle nut the hub pulls in too far and runs on caliper. Can tell why it's happening almost like a spacer is missing. I don't want to take apart the right side just to see how it's setup on that side.

Welcome to the forums.

Haven't worked on one of these before, but here's a parts diagram that may help you see if you're missing any pieces.
