Default Honda Rubicon carb problems

I tried to post once before and wouldn’t post but said and I couldn’t find it.I really need help. My bike had started dieing or bogging down when I would chop the throttle to about halfway and let her of it. So I removed the carb, tore it down and sprayed every hole I could find. Cleaned all jets and everything else in it. Put it all back together and still the same. Was told with the k&n air filter and pro circuit 496 muffler I needed to start over. Put factory air filter and cage back on and took out the 170 main and 48 pilot and installed the factory 162.5 main and 45 pilot back. Still did the same thing so I moved up to a 48 pilot jet. Still same thing. Moved up to a 50 pilot jet and it runs better just a touch of hesitation when I let go of throttle. Then I checked and the pilot screw is out a 1/2 of a turn! I purchased a 52 pilot jet a do am waiting on it but something don’t seem right starting at 2 1/2 turns out. Could the muffler alone be causing so much flow that it needs jetted that big on the pilot? I’m attaching pictures of the spark plug after riding about 5 hours with the 50 pilot
