260cc 2x4 2004model Cdi overhead after +-2-3 minutes cut out
Hi everyone
i have a 260cc 2x4 2004 modelATV, I have replaced the celonoid, magneto pic up,rectifier, and CDI it start but cuts out 2-3 minutes the CDI overhead I already burn out the old one?
please assistant ... ..I tired

Could just have been a dud new CDI, but some have a warning on the packet to check if the earth wire to the CDI is working before fitting, or you will fry the new one. Did you check this wire? Check also that your new regulator is producing under 14.5v at the battery when you do get it running again.
