Hey dudes, new to this forum. Need help. Have my sons 06 hibird 200 cc I'm trying to finish for him. Bought off a dude that said had a burnt clutch. Got it running, but wont shift gears. Sounds like it does but wont engage. I took the clutch off and it smelt burnt horribly. Plates and everything look great, but clutch lever on left side will slide in and out which seemed like it prevented from shifting into gear.

does it sound like its the clutch or lever or something else? Thanks for the feedback
