Default Coolster 3125B 125cc ATV constantly leaking fuel out drain valve

I have a new Coolster 3125B 125cc ATV that is constantly leaking fuel out drain valve and flooding? I've tried some tricks draining the fuel out of the carb and blowing compressed air up the tube to knock loose the float (which I am assuming is the issue) has anyone dealt with this issue before or any other ideas?

Either the float is bad or more than likely the seat is damaged, never blow air inside the carb as needle seat damage will surely occure. Only real solution is a complete rebuild with a proper rebuild kit. Just taking one apart and so called cleaning and put back together rarely works! You need a proper kit to get all the needed specs to adjust the carb to for your particular engine. If they sit for even a short while the carb gets gummed up and small passages become clogged, only a thorough rebuild will cure this, other wise your just putting time and effort with little to no result.
