it is the float valve in the carb bowl. take the bottom bowl of the carb off and the take the float out and the valve that the float pushs up and down slide that out and clean it off and the hole that it goes in

put it all ack together and it should stop

I've been having this problem, as well as starting problems with my 110cc. I'm thinking that they are somewhat linked...either way, thats for the tip!

This site is great!! SOOOOO much great info I had to join.

There should also be a shut off valve under the tank. Also, put a good fuel filter in there. The needle valve in the carb is very finicky about foreign matter and will leak if something works its way down from the tank. I always turn the fuel off when not in use. ghcoe

Good to hear. I just did this tonight on the 110cc. I noticed that when I got the thing it didn't even have a fuel filter OR fuel shut off valve on it! How/why, I do not know. But there is now, but I still can't get mine started. I think it's a battery issue though, cuz it cranks fast at first and then slows goes down to nothing at all. But the battery is on the charger now, so we'll see what happens....
