Hello my lights wont turn on so should this wire have a negative 12 volts? Or should it be positive? I also have a white, blue white and a black red wire from stator. Also the negative volts on wire come from the stator and not from the lights or rectifier

 

I don't think all of those should be negative. What year and model is it?
