i was wondering what kind of mileage my 400 exp would get on a tank of gas.i have run 60 on one ride.

My dad just went riding last weekend on the Explorer and he averaged just over 20 mpg. This riding was not hard riding, but rather cruising on a fairly straight trail between 30 and 35 mph. On the other hand, when I do some hard riding with my Scrambler, I have recorded mileage as low as 13 mpg. For your Explorer, expect anywhere from 14 mpg with hard riding, up to 24 mpg with smooth, straight cruising.
