Default Sportsman 500 clutch question...

Hello, I'm new here and gaining knowledge fast.
I have a 2001 sportsman 500 EBS
I need a new primary clutch and I've read that I can change to a non EBS.
My question is.... do I need to replace the secondary also ? Or can I just change the primary to non-ebs and roll

Thanks in advance

welcome. you do need to change out both clutches as well as a new non ebs belt. they all work together to make the ebs work.

And I would stick with a Polaris belt.
