Default Honda 350 rancher loses power when I push start button help please

I have a 06 Honda rancher 350 when I push the start button it losing all power all lights go out I put a new battery in it and now it just cranks but won’t start. I don’t think it’s the carburetor I have cleaned it and it basically new. Could it be a voltage regulator, battery or stator?

With the new battery do the "lights go out" when you push the start button? If so you have either a bad connection in the red wire going from battery to main fuse to ignition switch, or you have a bad earth on battery, or frame, or engine. Other possibility your new battery is flat, but it wouldn't spin the starter if it was dead flat.

Check for a spark, fit a new plug. I assume the bike has stood for a while before you fitted the new battery. If so it may need the carb cleaning, stale fuel can also prevent an engine starting.
