420 rims on 300 four trax

Default 420 rims on 300 four trax
Will rims and tires (24x8-12) fit a 1989 300 2 wheel drive four trax? The 300 has drum brakes so I'm not sure about clearance on the front.

Fairly sure they will. The 300 wheels have cut-outs for the red plug, not sure if the 420 ones do, as there isn't a red plug on 420s, but I always adjust brakes with the front wheel off anyway.

I tried to use the tires and rims off of a Honda 420. Rears fit fine, front tires hit the springs. Now looking for some spacers.
